Passive dan Active voice

TENSES : ACTIVE VOICE = PASSIVE VOICE

1)      Simple present tense : S + V1 + s/es = S + is, am, are + V3

2)      Simple past tense : S + V2 = S + was, were + V3

3)      Present continous tense : S + is, am, are + V-ing = S + is, am, are + being + V3

4)      Past continous tense : S + was, were + V-ing = S + was, were + being + V3

5)      Present perfect tense : S + have, has +V3 = S + have, has + been + V3

6)      Past perfect tense : S + had + V3 = S + had + been + V3

7)      Future tense  : S + will, shall + V1 = S + will, shall + be + V3 

                                                      : S + is, am, are, going to +V1 = S + is, am, are + going to + be + V3

Contoh kalimat :

1. rudi’s nose is bleeding. He was punched by his friend right on his nose. (Hidung rudi sedang berdarah. Dia dipukul oleh temannya tepat di hidungnya).
2. The Indonesian football team was beaten by the portugal team. (Team sepakbola Indonesia dikalahkan oleh team portugal).
3. These plants were watered by my sister a few minutes ago. (Tanaman-tanaman ini disirami oleh adikku beberapa menit yang lalu).
4. There is no meal left. All has been devoured by Yeyes. (Tidak ada makan yang tersisa. Semuanya telah dilahap habis oleh Yeyes).
5. English is studied by all high school students. (Bahasa Inggris dipelajari oleh semua murid sekolah menengah lanjutan (SMP dan SMA).

Contoh dalam paragraf :

Two suspects wanted in a shooting that killed two police officers were killed in a raid in Poso, Central Sulawesi, Saturday.
